- The approved sample, pattern and bill of materials are held and versioned
- Fabric is dyed to the approved lab dip and checked against the standard
- Trims are held to the approved component list, supplier and colour
- Measurement checks run against the approved specification sheet
- Pre-shipment inspection against the agreed AQL before packing
