- Reference review — silhouette, fabric and finish captured into a written specification
- Pattern development and a first fit sample for each style
- Documented fit comments rounds until the sample is approved
- Size grading to the buyer's chart or a market-standard grade
- Bulk cutting, sewing, finishing and AQL inspection
The programme is built to scale: styles prove out at boutique quantity and move to full production on the same approved specification.
